Without clear objectives to strive for, both the organization and its individuals may drift aimlessly, merely going through the motions of daily tasks. A career transcends mere clocking in and out; it should be a source of fulfillment and personal growth. True satisfaction arises from the pursuit and attainment of goals, leading to victories each day. These incremental triumphs accumulate, culminating in the achievement of larger, overarching objectives.
1 YEAR GOAL - This goal is something obtainable within the first 12 months. This is something you want to achieve and is very obtainable if you set your mind to it.
3 YEAR GOAL - This goal is something you will need to work towards. This goal would be something that you would really like to achieve and it may seem a little out of reach, but you know you can obtain it if you focus and demand that you will achieve it.
5-10 YEAR GOAL - Ok....this goal is pie in the sky. Think really big and picture yourself in that situation after having obtained this goal.
Once you establish these goals(and they can change in time),we will start taking steps to achieve those goals. Put a plan in place to obtain each goal and be amazed how quickly goal achieving will become!
